About the Photographer:
Andrew Skinner is a free-lance photographer based in Washington, DC. He was born and raised in Northern California and has lived throughout the United States in New York, Georgia, Kentucky, and Hawaii. He always admired the way his father took pictures with such a passion growing up. Now, he has moved into his own style of photography inspired by the works by artists such as Ansel Adams and Linda McCartney.

About the Photos:
Andrew tries to portray every day beauty in his photos. People are in such a rush all the time and miss the small things in life. He wants people to see every day things in a different light. A simple hubcap or pile of empty paint buckets can be stunning. He doesn’t do this because it is a job, or a great living; he does it because he enjoys it.
